Step 1

Complete and submit the online Chapter/Organization
Registration Form Up to six Ambassadors may be
identified on one form

Step 2

Pay Ambassador Invoice upon receipt (check, money
order, credit/debit card) Invoices are sent within 24
hours of receipt of the Chapter/Organization
Registration Form

Step 3

LDI staff will contact Ambassadors and obtain
completed Ambassador Registration Form and send a
copy to sponsoring chapter

Step 4

Chapter/Organization/Parent/Guardian will be copied
on all correspondence sent to Ambassadors
